So, tune in on b2s radio at home, at the holiday park or in the car!

Weather
b2s will post several updates ont their website and social media channels about the weather in the weeks before Decibel. Make sure you keep an eye on this and be prepared!

Information Stand
In the middle of the festival site is a special b2s information stand where you’ll get answers to any questions you may have about the festival. This is also the lost & found post.

Mobile charging point
In case your mobile phone’s battery is empty, you can charge it at the mobile charging point. This stand is in the middle of the festival site, next to the ‘b2s info stand’.

Lockers
Lockers will be available for rent at Decibel. These may be used to store jackets, bags and other personal items. Rental costs €6. Lockers may be shared with two or three friends. The deposit is €5 and will be refunded upon return of the locker key. You’ll be able to access your locker throughout the event.

Cameras
Cameras, SLRs and video cameras may be taken into the festival. Take as many great photos and videos as you can and make sure to share them on social media! Professional recording equipment is not permitted without a media pass.

Belongings
Your own food and beverages are not permitted on the festival site. If you have a special diet, then make sure food is sealed in its own packaging. You may only bring items such as deodorant and sunscreen if they are in their original, sealed package. Pressurized spray cans and perfume bottles are not permitted.

Tokens & PIN Payments
Cash or PIN payments are possible at the token purchase and merchandise stands. It is not possible to take out cash. We recommend that you bring plenty of cash with you to the festival, as PIN machines are dependent on a stable network connection. Decibel tokens are valid throughout the entire weekend at bars and food courts. You can get your coins at the entrance but also at several points on the terrain.

Food areas at festival site
There are several foodcourts at the festival site. b2s  took care of a wide choice in food. Think of fresh and/or warm sandwiches, wraps, tosti’s, baked fish, oriental food, oriental snacks, pancakes, various snacks, French fries, smoothies, fresh fruit, pizza, pasta and a lot more. This year, there is also a grill restaurant where you can sit down and choose from a wide-arranged hamburger menu or filets. In short, there is enough to choose from. Make sure you eat enough, spread over the day and eat enough salt.

Water
As always, you can buy water at the bar for 1 or 2 coins at the bar. Besides that, there are enough waterpoints at the toilets and first aid where you can refill your bottle for free.

Want to see Decibel from a higher level?
Get in the Ferris wheel or make a bungee jump with your best friend from a 60-meter height! Both ways make sure you’ll see the terrain from a different level and have a great experience, which you never forget.

Flush toilets
Flush toilets will be available on the festival site to provide an even greater level of service and comfort. There are four main toilet blocks onsite, which are free of charge. Please make use of these facilities! There also are toilets for the disabled available at each toilet block. The festival is held in a rural setting and it is assumed that visitors will respect this fact. Action will be taken against anyone urinating outside the toilets.

Mobile coverage
Tens of thousands of visitors will be coming together at Decibel. This places a high burden on surrounding transmitters, as Hilvarenbeek is only a small district with limited mobile coverage. Various telecom providers will be placing additional transmitters around the festival site. However, this will not guarantee mobile coverage. Take this into account, make agreements with friends to meet at set times and places.

Be careful with alcohol & drugs
The organisation adheres to the local police force’s drugs policy. This is a zero-tolerance policy. This means that no form of soft and/or hard drug is permitted, i.e. weed and hash are also prohibited. Police will be monitoring the situation closely.

Pay attention to yourself and others! Make sure you’re not the one who is on a YouTube video after the event being carried outside, dancing around naked or doing other things you wouldn’t normally do.

Are you accusing someone from taking an overdose or drinking too much alcohol? Make sure you immediately warn somebody from the organization, security or first aid.

Unity
The boys and girls from Unity inform about the use of alcohol and drugs. Do you have any questions about these subjects? Visit their stand! They can give you tips when you’re not feeling very well, but go to first aid when you have serious symptoms.

Vehicles & parking
To get to the festival site, take Exit 10 (Hilvarenbeek/Beekse Bergen) on A58 and A65 motorways, and then follow signs to Decibel. Car parks are open from 9 A.M. on. Try to avoid peak hours as much as possible. Extensive measures are being taken to make parking as effortless as possible. Follow the instructions on signs, as well as those given by car park attendants. Remember where you parked your car! Parking costs €10. Make sure you have this in cash to avoid unnecessary traffic congestion.

PAY ATTENTION!
The A58 between Eindhoven and Breda is closed in the direction Breda from the 16th up and to the 19th of August. Use www.vananaarbeternl to plan your trail.

Want to find back your car easily? Download the Find My Car app on your smartphone! It remembers where you parked your car through GPS. The app can be downloaded here: https://itunes.apple.com/nl/app/find-my-car/id349510601?mt=8 & https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.elibera.android.findmycar&hl=nl.

Coaches
We have received numerous enquiries about groups organizing their own coach trips to Decibel. Upon arrival at the site, coaches should follow signs marked ‘Touringcars’. Special parking facilities have been made available for coaches. Even if your coach is only dropping off and picking up passengers, it must still follow the ‘Touringcars’ sign. Make sure that the coach returns before 11 P.M. to avoid any unnecessary traffic congestion. You can register coaches at http://bus.b2s.nl. Three days before the event, you’ll receive all necessary information about the event and parking facilities.

You can still book a coach at www.eventtravel.nl.

Kiss & ride
A special kiss & ride route has been laid out for people being dropped off and picked up. This is located on the south side of the site (YELLOW entrance). Make sure this is where you’re dropped off and where you agree to be picked up again at the end of the festival. Take the south entrance and follow the route indicated.

Public transport
Train services to and from Tilburg are excellent. North Brabant’s night train service provides excellent connections with the Randstad’s night train service on Friday and Saturday nights. Dutch Railways (NS) will be running extra long trains to accommodate greater passenger volumes. Before you leave, consult the www.ns.nl website for exact departure and arrival times.

A shuttle bus will be running between Beekse Bergen and Tilburg Central Station. This service will be running to and from the festival site from 10 A.M. on. The last bus runs at 1 A.M. A return ticket costs €5 and is available at the station.

Make sure you check the departure times of your last train, and have sufficient traveling time to the station.
